And in 2020, a decision was issued to collect in exchange for improvement on all the properties adjacent to the new urban development projects in Cairo. Does this mean that the owners of the properties adjacent to the Heliopolis bridges, Nasr City, and street expansion projects, may pay a tax soon in exchange for the improvement ?!
